We collect information you provide directly, such as:

• account information like your email address, login details, and optional first name
• your questionnaire answers, meditation preferences, saved drafts, favorites, and support messages
• generated meditation content, including scripts, audio files, and related settings
• subscription and entitlement information needed to verify Pro access

We also collect limited technical and operational information, such as:

• playback events, generation events, usage counters, and plan-limit activity
• device, app, and request data needed for security, fraud prevention, and debugging
• purchase and restore status from Apple and RevenueCat, but not your full payment card details

We use your information to:

• create, deliver, store, and let you replay personalized meditations
• operate your account, sign you in, and sync your data across devices
• process subscriptions, restores, and entitlement updates
• enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, monitor costs, and protect the service
• respond to support questions and improve product quality

We work with trusted service providers to operate Zentrd. These may include providers for authentication, database and file storage, subscription management, AI text generation, text-to-speech generation, hosting, and infrastructure.

At the time of writing, these providers may include Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple, OpenAI, Inworld, Expo, and hosting or infrastructure vendors that help us deliver the service. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

We keep your information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

If you delete your account, we aim to delete your account data, profile, meditations, and related user-owned records from our active systems, subject to limited retention for security logs, billing records, backups, or legal obligations.

You can access, update, or delete certain information from within the app.

Depending on where you live, you may also have legal rights regarding access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent. To make a request, email hello@zentrd.app.
