You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use the service only in compliance with applicable law.

You may not misuse Zentrd, including by attempting to:

• interfere with the service or bypass quotas, subscriptions, or security features
• reverse engineer or scrape the service in a harmful or unauthorized way
• use the service for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or fraudulent purposes

Zentrd may offer auto-renewing subscriptions, including weekly, monthly, and yearly plans. Current plan details, pricing, and trial information, if any, are shown in the app at the time of purchase.

If you subscribe through Apple, your payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Your subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. We do not control Apple's billing systems, and refunds are handled by Apple unless otherwise required by law.

If you upgrade, restore, cancel, expire, or otherwise change your subscription status, Zentrd may update your access after receiving confirmation from Apple or RevenueCat.

Zentrd creates personalized meditation experiences using software and AI systems. Generated content may vary and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation.

Zentrd is intended for general wellness and personal reflection. It is not medical, psychiatric, therapeutic, crisis, or emergency care, and it should not replace professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

As between you and Zentrd, you retain rights in the information you submit to create your meditations, subject to the rights needed for us and our providers to operate the service.

The Zentrd app, branding, software, visual design, and service materials remain our property or the property of our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service itself.

Zentrd is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will always meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentrd and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
